When the Perfect Paws Pet Ministry was launched on May 16,
2010, a wonderful feature story about our unique ministry and
worship service -- written by Salem News staff reporter, Ethan
Forman -- was picked up by the Associated Press and carried
nation- and world-wide.
As a result, there was coverage of Perfect Paws in Ireland,
Germany, Hungary, the Czech Republic, England and India,
winning us long-distance friends who communicated with us by
email -- sending greetings and asking for prayers for their
animals.
Many of those friends still stay connected with Perfect Paws and
receive the Perfect Paws Pet Ministry newsletter each month.
Additionally, virtually every print and electronic news outlet in the
New England regiion -- including Fox 25 News, MSNBC, WBZ-
TV, the Boston Herald and the Boston Globe -- covered our
ministry, proclaiming "Boston-area church offers first of a kind
pet ministry."
Continuing with our unique approach toward celebrating and
supporting the human-animal bond, and fostering a love and
respect for all creatures in God’s creation, All Saints’s Perfect
Paws offers an annual Service of Remembrance and
Thanksgiving in time for the Thanksgiving holiday and also
invites humans and their animal friends to celebrate a special
animal-centered Christmas service.
Additionally, Perfect Paws and All Saints are the sponsors the
annual commuity-wide Blessing of the Animals, in Danvers.
